BAV TAiLOR \\ SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
Each BAV TAiLOR creation is 100% authentically Made-in-Italy with love by local ateliers to support communities and reduce the brand’s carbon footprint.
Courier: Flat rate EURO 15.00 (allow 2-3 working days delivery)
Courier: Flat rate EURO 40.00 (allow 4-7 working days delivery)
Both Europe and International deliveries will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of the order being placed and payment being received in full into BAV TAiLOR account
Orders are prepared from readily available stock. International shipments require minimum 6 business days to arrive. This is an estimate and does not include weekends or public holidays.
Express orders are dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed between Monday to Friday (pending payment receipt in full).
Client will be contacted if there are any unforeseen delays. Orders will be shipped via courier service of choice. Availability of item is not guaranteed. If an ordered item is not available or will arrive delayed, the client will be notified via email. As soon as the order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to address provided on the order.
Once an order has been placed and payment received in full, the order will be shipped and the client will receive a confirmation email outlining order details and tracking information. Tracking is available for all goods shipped.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
BAV TAiLOR is not responsible for any matter regarding the custom policies, custom clearances, delays or administrative fees and duties that may apply in client country.
International Orders are shipped as delivery duty unpaid (“DDU”). Prices displayed on website are exclusive of any taxes and duties payable. Payment may be necessary to release orders from customs. BAV TAiLOR are unable to redirect orders once dispatched. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed to be authorised to receive the goods on the client’s behalf.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
BAV TAiLOR endeavours to satisfy each client’s purchase. However, if for any the client is not satisfied, the purchase may be returned, at the client’s expense. The item (s) must be unworn, in saleable condition with tags attached, in original packaging and with original proof of purchase within 10 working days of delivery. Once the returned item (s) are received and checked, the client will be reimbursed.
Please ensure that the parcel is opened carefully and that all products are included and are undamaged. If the client believes that the products were damaged in transit or are faulty, please contact BAV TAiLOR in writing as soon as possible and in any event within 5 working days after the delivery date. All products delivered will be deemed accepted by client after 5 working days.
